What are your recommendations for storing/consuming cookies?
Our cookies are made to order and packages are all heat sealed for freshness. It is best to consume or freeze within a week of receiving them. They can stay frozen up to a year.
Our cookies are shelf stable, but keep in mind with Florida heat they could still arrive a bit melty (or what we like to call ready to eat).
We recommend microwaving cookies for around 15 seconds or you can place them in the oven/air fryer at 350 degrees for 4-5 min. Heat cookies individually. From frozen, always let them thaw first before warming.
When will I get my order?
We are starting out with shipping all orders each Monday to try and avoid delivery delays. Delivery times vary depending on your location but will be estimated when you enter your address at checkout and choose your shipping option.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Cookies made in our home are not free of wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, or soy. We hope to one day be able to offer a wider variety of options for different dietary needs, but at this time everything is cooked in one kitchen.
What is your policy for damaged items and returns/exchanges?
We package them with care so that they arrive to you fresh & undamaged. But please keep in mind, we have little control over what happens after these cookies leave our home. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, take a picture and let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges on these perishable goods.
Can I pickup my order if I am local?
YES! If you are local, you can pickup your order at the cart and skip shipping! This option is available for you when you checkout. Pickups take place on Saturdays and Sundays during normal cart hours (8am-8pm). They will be labeled with your name.
